We are a family owned business with family values at our core. With a growing team and sites UK wide, we are now looking for flexible, dedicated and highly motivated Conference & Events Co-ordinator at Doubletree by Hilton - Queensferry Crossing. 

It is a truly exciting time to join us, as we are nearing the end of a multi-million pound refurbishment program that will see the hotel re-positioned within the local market including a substantial expansion of hotel introducing, state of the art new restaurant concept and leisure facilities. 

About the role...

The Group Conference & Events Co-Ordinator will ensure that all new Group, Wedding and Events enquiries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner, and handed over at the appropriate time to the C&B operations team.  You will see the sales process through from start to finish including follow up with your client.

About you...

This is truly a great opportunity for a forward thinking, pro-active individual to assist with the hotels future development.

You will need to have previous experience managing large functions and events alongside hotel management experience, ideally within a branded property and the ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach.
