About the role…

You will supervise & coordinate all operational activities in relation to the Conference & Banqueting Department. You will ensure that outstanding guest service is provided at all times, leading the team members by example in all aspects. You will also manage & direct team members in the delivery of smooth service.

About you…

You will have a proven track record in the same or similar role within a hotel with a large banqueting facility.  A personal licence for the sale of alcohol would be desirable.
