We are a family owned business with family values at our core. With a growing team and sites UK wide, we now need a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated Night Porter at the Gardens Hotel in Manchester.

About the role…

As a Night Porter, you will provide reception services for guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.  You will contribute to the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards.

You will also undertake night security checks around the hotel, basic cleaning and laundry duties and ensure a full handover to the morning porter/DM or receptionist.  This is a 30 hrs per week position.

About you…

The successful candidate will have previous experience ideally within a hotel environment and in cash handling with an outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and excellent command of the English language.

You will also be of smart professional appearance, have extensive experience in customer care and will make guest satisfaction a priority. You will be punctual and flexible in order to meet the needs of the business and be an effective team player.
