About the role...

As a Spa Therapist will provide relevant spa services, ensure a professional and warm welcome if offered at all times to users and maintain a safe, clean and functional environment for all users.  You will professionally carry out spa services on a mixture of hotel residents, leisure members, employees and general public as advertised in the spa services brochure and laid out in hotel policies and industry standard practises.

About you...

The ideal candidate will have a relevant experience working within a luxury Spa environment, possess exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. You will also need to hold NVQ level 2 & 3 (or equivalent), have a capability and commitment to deliver treatments to the highest of standards, a positive and ‘Can Do’ attitude both with clients, guests and team members and excellent communication skills.
