Currently they operate a portfolio of almost 100 cinemas in the UK, which is steadily growing with many more new openings in the pipeline for the future. Our client has a growing partnership with one the biggest coffee shop chains in the world and they are looking for a Store Manager to operate their branded café operation within their new cinema. The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager within a fast-paced, customer focused, coffee shop environment and a proven track record of delivering strong sales. You will need to be motivated, enthusiastic and have a real passion for exceptional customer service in addition to the ability to train and develop a large team and great financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Staff Rotas
• Stock Control
• Till operation and cash reconciliation
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints
• Recruitment, induction and training
• Coaching Supervisors and Multifunctional staff members
• Adherence to Health and Safety legislation
• Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards
• Working towards objectives
• Performance management
• Operations management
• Budgetary management
