JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to both the Head of Events, you will be pivotal to the success of Bvlgari Hotel London by selling the rooms, suites, event spaces and Food & Beverage outlets to new and existing clients. The primary focus will be to actively convert new revenue by ensuring all sales opportunities are identified and effectively converted into bookings.

You will be responsible from start to end co-ordination, customer liaison, organisation and for the delivery of outstanding events experiences maximising all the services and spaces our hotel has to offer. You will put group resumes together and coordinate with the relevant departments prior to group arrivals.  You will issue Banquet Event Orders on a weekly basis and communicate to all departments including F&B and Banqueting about amendments, late bookings and special requirements.
