Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to create an authentic and memorable experience for all guests.
Your role will be focused around communicating with the kitchen in order to assist the Chef de Rangs in all their duties assigned for their section.
You will be making and serving coffees and teas, clearing tables, maintain glassware, china and cutlery and ensure to keep an excellent standard of hygiene at all times. You will be attentive and have a passion for service excellence and detail.
