JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will ensure smooth and efficient service of food and beverage in assigned section.

You will maximize sales through the effective use of selling techniques and supervise Commis de Rang assigned to their section.

You will have a passion for service excellence and detail.

You create a connection between the foods, wines and really make the experience a memorable one for our guests. You will be impeccable in every manner of service but at the same time, you will be informal and genuine.
