JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure that all bedrooms, guest areas, store rooms, maid services and Housekeeping office are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and comfort.

You will be responsible for ensuring Room Attendants and House Porters are trained to keep the rooms, corridors to the highest standards set by the Hotel.

You will liaise with other departments in order to ensure that guest receive the very best service according to the guest profile.

You will ensure that housekeeping staff is well trained and supervised in order to provide service according to the hotel standards.
