Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods within the Main Kitchen, ensuring it is to the highest of standards. You will be quick, efficient and accurate, providing a prompt service delivery. Following the clear directions of the Executive Chef, you will learn the importance of consistency and cost control. You will follow correct hygienic food handling practices and follow the restaurant’s cleaning and waste disposal practices.
