Our role

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, reliable and resourceful with brilliant leadership skills, you'll run our vibrant club with our General Manager leading confidently across all areas of the business and helping us to smash our business targets! No two days here at Buzz Bingo are the same and you'll support our General Manager in driving our club forward, that means offering exceptional customer service and an exciting on-brand experience to every player who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities

You always keep your customers in mind in everything you do and go out of your way to make sure they have a fantastic time at your club, encouraging your team to create our unique and buzzing atmosphere every single day and key responsibilities will include;

  • Deliver a culture of exceptional customer service by coaching direct reports to enable them to lead their teams and drive service levels in every session
  • Effectively manage the team in their day to day activities by directing, delegating, coaching and supporting as appropriate. Providing clarity of performance expectations through regular feedback and the implementation of Performance Reviews for all members of the team
  • Assist the General Manager to implement centrally generated brand strategy flawlessly at a local level
  • Delivering an exceptional food and beverage offering, where quality and service is second to none
  • Evaluate actions to maintain and improve KPI performance
  • Generate new members and build great relationships to encourage repeat visits
  • Ensure that the Company's legal obligations (Gaming and Licensing Laws, Employment Legislation, Health and Safety and Health and Hygiene) are being properly observed and adhered

    You'll have leadership experience gained within a related industry and have a passion for delivering great service! We are looking for someone who can evidence managing a team in a face to face customer service related role, and evidence of bringing business acumen to a role with some knowledge of profit & loss would be an advantage. You'll enjoy working in busy, fast paced environments and you'll be driven by a need to deliver results.

    An understanding of gambling and licencing laws would be an advantage.

    This role offers a basic salary of 22,645 - 24,775 + company benefits that include 33 days leave, discretionary bonus scheme, company pension & life assurance scheme, discounted food and free bingo!
