About the Role
Entertainment is, and always has been a huge part of the Butlin'sbusiness. We are passionate about producing and delivering great qualityentertainment and we're looking for talented Stage Crew to join our TechnicalSupport Team. 
Aspart of our technical stage crew team, you will be supporting the day to day events,activities and production shows that we deliver through our jam packedentertainments programme. You will be a crucial part of making the magic happenfor our guests on stage and behind the scenes.
You will support in a range of activities including building sets and updatingprops, setting up basic sound and light operations and ensuring the backstageand stage areas are presentable and fit for purpose.

About You
Thisis a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make their first move into aTechnical Team. You don't necessarily need any experience, just a passion for anytechnical specialism and a desire to learn and get stuck in.
Youwill work closely with our wider technical team to ensure we can createentertainment that truly delights our guests. This could involve working tosupport Lighting, Sound and AV Engineers, as well as working with Stage andPerformance Managers to ensure shows run as planned.
Greatcommunication skills, a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail are essential.
As with all roles at Butlin's, no day willever be the same! You should love getting stuck in, working with a like-mindedteam and making a difference to our guests.
