Ocean Spa is looking for experienced Spa Team Leader to assist the Spa Manager in the Leadership of the Team of Spa Therapists. 

Overview of the role
You will be responsible for providing a superior service in our Ocean Spa to our guests, though maintaining the highest possible standards and delivering exceptional service. We are looking for talented therapists with a passion for guest service who have the highest standards and is looking to progress their own career and join our leadership team in the role of Team Leader. 

Our spa teams are passionate and dedicated to their profession. They aim to optimise effectiveness of the treatments and therapies offered. When guiding our clients towards the right choice of treatment and product we take into account their overall lifestyle and its requirements and also their individual circumstances on the day and how they wish to feel. Working at the spa is fun and we want you to love your job and embrace the warm, friendly personalities of our guests and be focused on delivering first class experiences and exceeding their expectations at every turn. What we need from you:
To be passionate about delivering the very best spa experience each and every day
To be smart and well presented
The successful applicant will have proven experience for working and aiding a successful Spa team
NVQ Level 3 or similar level spa related qualifications and be fully qualified as a minimum in manicures, pedicures, waxing, massage and facials
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Providing an atmosphere where the team feels respected and rewarded and communication is open and honest.
Ensure you monitor the team's welfare with in the Spa Team.
Ensuring all necessary Company paperwork is completed in line with internal and external policies and procedures.
Effective and efficient utility resource control and management.
To be able to work shifts as required that may include weekends and bank holidays
Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK
