We are looking for people who naturally thrive in a customer service environment, with strong communication and administration skills and who demonstrate a positive attitude even when working under pressure. We are looking for a 'nothing is ever too much trouble' attitude to really wow our guests with world class service.
The overall role of the spa receptionist is to assist with the general day to day running of the Spa's reception desk and Spa booking system. You will be working as part of the team to ensure a smooth running and professional operation of the Spa at all times. Your role will be to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service at the point of booking and enquiries.
This role covers 40 hours over 5 days per week, working a variety of shifts between 8.30am and 8pm, including weekends. Part-time options can be discussed at interview.
The purpose of the role:
To ensure guests are booked in for the Spa experience and treatments in the correct manner following the Spa protocols
To have strong admin and computer skills in order to use various in-house computer systems (full training will be given)
To be competent in answering the phone in a professional manner and tending to emails in a timely manner
Have attention to detail and a creative flair, with the ability to communicate at all levels and thrive under pressure
When things don't quite go right resolve problems speedily and with empathy in a way that will ensure guests remember their holiday for all the right reasons, resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience
Give professional advice and promote available treatments
Maintain high standards of appearance at all times
Maintain high standards of the Spa area and changing rooms, reporting any defects to the Senior Therapist
Comply with legislation and company policy at all times
Establish and grow good working relationships with your team leader/manager and fellow team members.
