Painter - Skegness, Lincolnshire

We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our Facilities department.

The purpose of the role:
To ensure that the painting requirements within the resort areas are consistently maintained to a high standard. You will carry out a range of external and internal painting and redecoration tasks in occupied and empty properties whilst achieving a durable and high quality finish. You will also be required to carry out repairs, preparation and application of finishing products as necessary.
We are looking for candidates who:

Have the ability to carry out repairs/preparation and application of finishing products as necessary
Have the ability to carry out both response and planned maintenance of painting and decoration services
