Our delicious menu features a variety of Italian inspired dishes with a gorgeous selection of flavours, we offer a range of freshly cooked stone-baked pizzas and calzone, pasta dishes and colourful salads.

The role

• Preparing pizza sauces and ingredients to the company brand standards
• Preparation of our colourful salads and sides]
• Assisting the head chef
• Ensuring the food venue is kept clean and presentable
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
• Re-stocking fridges/freezers and stock areas where appropriate.
• Ensuring all Company Policies and relevant legislation is adhered to
• Understanding all aspects of the business back of house
  
  No Experience necessary as full training will be given.
  
  Normal working hours:
  You will need to have a flexible approach to your working hours as we are open 7 days a week.  Normal working hours would be between the hours of 10am and 12am.
