Learning & Development. As we prefer to promote from within, we place a strong focus on developing our teams and ensuring they are given all the on-the-job training and development opportunities to set them up for success.

Our School of Wok. Once our kitchen teams have mastered all sections within the kitchen except the wok, they will have the opportunity to attend our School of Wok where they will become masters of the wok and have the confidence to use and progress on the wok with the full support of the Head Chef & Chef Trainer.

Management Training. We offer a management training course to all new Supervisors and Assistant Managers.
