Brocket Hall is surrounded by 543 acres of stunning parkland offering some of the finest golf, fine dining, conference & event facilities in the United Kingdom.

Auberge du Lac with five private dining/meeting rooms sits beside the Broadwater Lake with a view over the signature holes on the Melbourne course.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible;
• Collect and wash up pots and pans;
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery;
• Unload food and equipment deliveries;
• Keep the storeroom organised;
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised;
• Remove rubbish from kitchen to bins / ensuring you adhere to the recycling process;
• Compact bins;
• Clean and sanitise bins weekly;
