Brocket Hall’s Lake side restaurant is reopening in Spring with exciting new menus, served in a relaxed setting
Brocket Hall is surrounded by 543 acres of stunning parkland offering some of the finest golf, fine dining, conference & event facilities in the United Kingdom.
Auberge du Lac with five private dining/meeting rooms sits beside the Broadwater Lake with a view over the signature holes on the Melbourne course.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible;
- Collect and wash up pots and pans;
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery;
- Unload food and equipment deliveries;
- Keep the storeroom organised;
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised;
- Remove rubbish from kitchen to bins / ensuring you adhere to the recycling process;
- Compact bins;
- Clean and sanitise bins weekly;
