The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving outbound calls, new account, and opportunity generation goals of the Sales Office. A key focus of the job is to call potential new accounts and re-solicit past business to achieve and/or exceed targeted business development activity and opportunity development objectives. These include Corporate, Group and Catering.

Additionally, the incumbent will ensure an accurate and timely lead turnover to the Event/ Reservations teams in the Sales Office after converting cold leads to warm leads. This position supports Broadwick Soho’s Sales & Marketing vision and drives customer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service with each customer interaction by being the local face of Broadwick Soho.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.

You will work with brilliant talents across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

 

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position in London
  • Experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Mathematical Reasoning
  • Strong people skills.
  • Advocate for teamwork.
  • High-stress tolerance.
  • Enjoys multi-tasking and has great management skills.
  • Shows an elevated level of integrity, dependability and taking initiative
  • Proven record of sales success within the London market
  • Flexible working conditions can be arranged post-hotel launch.
  • While the regular working week is Monday- Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm, the Sales Executive will be required to work occasional weekends and varied hours based on business needs.
