Responsible to assist in managing the Marketing Budget efficiently and maximising partnership opportunities.

Responsible for the execution of the Marketing Communications strategy for Broadwick Soho, including Gina’s, Flute, The Dining Room & The Nook. Collaborating with the Director of Marketing (DOM), Creative Director (CD) and Director of Sales & Business Development (DSBD) on establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them. 

To assist in managing active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by managing long-lead editorial calendars and monitoring online conversations. Participate in online conversations to build brand visibility, customer satisfaction and marketing/eCommerce support. Establish a positive online presence for Broadwick Soho including all aspects of the business (Rooms, Events, Restaurants & Bars) by integrating outlet-specific and brand messaging in a compelling and valuable way for participants. Provide measurement of the impact of online presence on the hotel’s overall business.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.

You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.


What do we need from you?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Basic Computer Skills - Uses basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, etc.).
  • Mathematical Reasoning - Demonstrates ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly, correctly, and in a way that allows one to solve work-related issues.
  • Oral Comprehension - Demonstrates ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
  • Reading Comprehension - Demonstrates understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents.
  • Writing - Communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
  • Understands different data sources and uses reporting tools to create meaningful analyses.
  • Is confident in creative design programmes such as InDesign, Photoshop etc.
  • Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
  • Devising Sales Strategies and Solutions - Trying different and novel ways to deal with sales challenges and opportunities; taking courses of action or developing sales strategies that appropriately consider available facts, constraints, competitive circumstances, and probable consequences.
  • Sales Ability:  Persuasiveness - Using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain prospects’ and clients' acceptance of a product, service, or idea.
  • Sales Call Facilitation - Ensuring that a call serves its sales objectives, maximizing the productiveness of interactions by monitoring and building on guests’ cues.
  • Sales Coaching - Providing timely coaching, guidance, and feedback to help others excel on the job and meet key accountabilities.
  • Sales Disposition - Demonstrating the traits, inclinations, and outlooks that characterize successful salespersons; exhibiting behaviour styles that facilitate adaptation to the demands of the sales role.
  • Sales Implementations - Driving and supporting the implementation of sales strategies and systems; seeking and taking appropriate actions on feedback; taking responsibility for implementation success. 
  • Sales Opportunity Analysis - Understanding and utilizing economic, financial, industry, and organizational data; accurately diagnosing guests’ business strengths, weaknesses, and key issues that can inform sales
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems.
  • Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

  • The Marketing Manager is required to be based in London full-time.
  • Flexible working conditions can be arranged post-hotel launch.
  • While the regular working week is Monday- Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm, the Marketing Manager will be required to work occasional weekends and varied hours based on business needs.
