Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Front of House Manager looks after the activities of the Reception, Hotel Coordinator, Guest Relations Manager, and Night Manager ensuring smooth operation and flawless guest experience.

As part of the pre-opening team, you will be supporting the Director of Operations in developing an exciting guest experience program and with your creativity and passion for what you do you will continue building on it and personalising it for our guests as the hotel is open.

We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talents.

You will work with brilliant talents across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.


D. What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* luxury establishment, ideally in the London market
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Great diligence
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Great leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong Business acumen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
