The Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa is a 148-Bedroom hotel that has its very own restaurant, coffee lounge and bar which all our guests can enjoy. The hotel’s restaurants and bars offer a wide variety of meals, snacks and beverages throughout the day and evening.

Your duties will include the following:

  • To be the main contact for the hotel in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring that our guests experience is flawless and that the team are supported in their role to achieve that.
  • You will oversee the day-to-day operations within the hotel working alongside all departments.
  • Oversee the Food and Beverage side of the hotel
  • Provide insights into the business for the manager in their absence
  • You will understand the focus areas for the day, be up to date with events taking place and aware of any priorities and challenges within the business.

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone who has a strong food and beverage background
  • Ideally you will have worked in a hospitality environment that operated within clear frameworks.
  • Be a strong communicator and excellent at providing quality customer service
  • Lead with efficiency and punctuality
  • Be organised and effective at prioritising and multi-tasking.
  • Able to deliver our hotels standards alongside effectively training the team in our (SOPs) for various departments.
  • Confident in delivering both positive and constructive feedback to the team
  • Able to construct accurate administration as and when required
