The Grand Burstin is a massive 481-bedroom hotel that provides guests with a wide range of dining options, with an impressive view over Folkestone harbour, the Harbour Restaurant is the perfect setting for a buffet breakfast. We also offer lunch and dinner, with a carvery option as well as toasties and ciabattas for a lighter meal. Alternatively, guests can upgrade to the Victorian Restaurant which showcases our Premier dining options, where we offer a variety of dishes on our a la carte menu, made up of our chef’s specialities.

We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide; we are looking for a Chef who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our exciting kitchen team.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience and have an exceptional attention to detail. You will be required to work 5 days a week, 12-8/ 12-9.
