Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Hotel Operations Manager who is commercially minded who will improve standards. You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values.
• Work in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues
• Support the General Manager in all aspects of running a hotel.
• Ensure the hotel complies with regards to H&S, Employment and Licensing
• Respond to guests in an appropriate manner

The successful candidate will have previous experience working within the operations of a hotel containing 100 bedrooms or more. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are also required for this role.
