The Palace Hotel is a large 186-bedroom hotel that has conference rooms that can accommodate up to 250 people, making us the best venue for hosting conferences, meetings and special events as well as the elegant Dovedale Restaurant. Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Breakfast Attendant on to the team.

As Breakfast Attendant, you will be required to;

• Greet customers, take food orders, bring food and drinks to the tables and take payment.
• Set up the restaurant, service food and clear tables.
• Explain and advise guests of products and services.
• Clear and re-set tables.
• Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery and other items are ready for each shift.
• Take and serve drink orders.

The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
