At the Britannia Airport Hotel, we have a restaurant and bar for guests to unwind and enjoy some food and drinks. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full-Time Sous Chef on to the team.

As Sous Chef, you will be required too:

• Ensure quality levels of product and services relating to the food operation.
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and hygiene within the kitchen
• Oversee, co-ordinate and become directly involved in the preparation, presentation, and service of food products to ensure the highest quality
• Observe the health, hygiene, fire, and other legal and statutory requirements affecting the kitchen.

The successful candidate will have previous culinary experience and demonstrate high standards of presentation and service. You will have great attention to detail, can work in a team of other chefs, and be flexible.
