The Royal Bath Hotel & Spa has built a strong reputation in the South of England over the years for presenting excellent conferences and corporate events. Our large banqueting facilities boast 5 conference rooms catering for between 10 to 400 delegates and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Conference & Events Administrator onto the team.

As Conference & Events Administrator, you will be required to;

  • Basic administrative duties.
  •  Making telephone calls.
  •  Answering email and telephone enquiries.
  •  Inputting information gathered onto spreadsheets.
  •  Reporting to supervisor.

The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Conference & Events Administrator a 100+ bedroom hotel. The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
