All 154 en-suite bedrooms of the Prince of Wales hotel have been tastefully designed to preserve the Victorian style of this Southport hotel. The Colonial restaurant serves excellent traditional fayre dishes and the Clubhouse bar, themed in true Golf style, has a friendly atmosphere.

Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Part Time Conference & Banqueting Administrator onto the team. The individual must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Willing to learn, eye for detail, and good communication skills are a must.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  •  Basic administrative duties.
  •  Making telephone calls.
  •  Answering email and telephone enquiries.
  •  Inputting information gathered onto spreadsheets.
  •  Reporting to supervisor.

The successful candidate will face tasks with a “can do” attitude, will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels and an attention to detail. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous but not essential.
