The Palace Hotel is a 122 bedroom-hotel that boasts the elegant Dovedale Restaurant, which offers traditional cuisine, as well as operating unique conference & banqueting facilities, popular for weddings and town events.

We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide, we are looking for a Full Time Chef de Partie who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our exciting kitchen team.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
