Due to our continued expansion in key locations, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work across four of our hotels based in Blackpool.

We are looking to recruit a talented Sous Chef who will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our kitchen team.

As Sous Chef, you will be required to:

  • Supply the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or back of house areas.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared for service as per the specification and at the correct time.
  • Maintain the standards set by the Head Chef/Line Manager for food preparation and presentation at all time.
  • Adhere to food hygiene regulations and cleaning schedules at all time.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and tidy work environment at all time.


The successful candidate will have a proven history of culinary experience, superb attention to detail & takes pride in their work.
