Holiday Home Sales Manager - Sand-Le-Mere Holiday Park - Tunstall

Role Profile:

  • To lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and standards in order to ensure all our guests wish to return
  • To be accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the Holiday Home Sales function
  • To manage Holiday Home Sales income ensuring maximisation of opportunities to improve Park and business performance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver holiday home sales to budget and strive to exceed beyond that.
  • Manage effectively a budget for holiday home sales and monitor and maintain effective cost controls.
  • Lead the team to ensure the Holiday home Sales department on their Park meets their daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Manage makeup of stock and ensure they are ready for sale
  • To regularly outbound potential buyers and ensure the prospect system is kept fully up to date
  • Training of the team using the current process
  • Keep up to date and communicate any key business or function specific incentives to your team in a consistent and positive way
  • Monthly reviews with sales team
  • Prepare a part exchange plan and train the team on it
  • Provide regular feedback to the General Manager and Head of Sales
  • Weekly meeting with owners receptionist to ensure outstanding jobs are being completely
  • Support Owners who wish to sell privately
  • Ensure the weekly sales report is sent in every Sunday night
  • Recruit any gaps in the sales team
  • Weekly meeting with maintenance manager to discuss sitings for the following week
  • Monitor call quality with team ensuring all opportunities are maximised to ensure leads are being dealt with appropriately
  • Review funnel with each sales person weekly
  • Customer complaint handling in line with company procedure
  • Ensure that sold units are ready for handover
  • Review weekly progress report and monthly accounts with the General Manager
