Brasserie of Light Brasserie Open Day – Thursday 19th May from 10am - 3pm 

A Brasserie of Light Waiter embodies the warmth and precision needed to deliver the guest experience that it is known for. With an extensive menu offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner you will gain confidence in food pairings and the ability to up-sell. Within your waiter section of a minimum of five tables you will ensure your guests are comfortable by providing a seamless service with a genuine personal touch.

Contemporary, artistic and elegant, Brasserie of Light is a destination restaurant and bar offering all day dining in a chic, colourful and light filled interiors set within Selfridges department store. Brasserie of Light serves an eclectic mix of classic British and internationally inspired dishes with an extensive all-day A La Carte menu featuring; breakfast, elevenses, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and weekend brunch alongside wine and cocktails.
