An amazing opportunity has become available for experienced waiters to join our family at our brand new, stylish opening, situated in the Highcliff Marriott within a breathtaking setting overlooking Poole Bay.

Role: 
You are the face of Brasserie Blanc – a driven and motivated individual with the knowledge, personality and enthusiasm to give our guests a truly enjoyable experience every visit. You will be a great team player who understands how to give the guest the best possible experience by engaging with your guests and tailoring their service to exceed their expectation.
