We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join our fantastic team. 

Our restaurants and brasseries ooze their own individual character and charm with the welcome twist of delicious french brasserie food. Our fabulous menus are devised by our chef patron Raymond Blanc one of the most well-respected chefs in the UK. Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients. 

We are looking for an Operations Manager currently working in a similar role, with a minimum of two-years experience, for a branded restaurant , or premium pub company . They will be  fully accountable for the delivery to budget of the P&L across their region. They are accountable, together with their Area Chef and General Managers, at site level, for setting and achieving financial targets, generating additional revenue through precise controls and training and development of key employees.

• To have and/or develop a good understanding of HR, recruitment and marketing 
• To be computer-literate – an excellent working knowledge of Excel is required.
