A role has arisen for a Recruitment Manager to join the team at Brasserie Bar Co at our Head office in Teddington, Middlesex. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment process for both Front of House and Back of House staff across the group . The role  will include sourcing candidate, guiding candidates through the recruitment process and assisting with the onboarding of successful candidates, as well as assisting the Recruitment team in developing and implementing new projects

• Experience of recruitment within the hospitality sector is essential
• Have a great passionate personality with energy and enthusiasm
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong influencing skills, tenacious and resilient
•  A good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• To be able to react and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities
• To be able to prioritize to use time efficiently
• Have a great passionate personality with energy and enthusiasm
• Exceptional communication skills – oral and written
