We currently have 18 restaurants, with five in London and thirteen around the country. We have a high rate of staff retention and many of our waiters, managers and chefs have been with us for years, working their way up the ranks to their current positions. Not surprising as we have competitive rates of pay, ongoing training and skills programmes, a brand we are very proud of, and a great working environment. In addition, we are actively seeking new sites all the time, which means there are always new and exciting work opportunities.
