Boys Hall has just opened a beautiful 70-seater restaurant in Ashford and will soon be opening a pub & 10 bespoke bedrooms.

We also have two Private dining rooms and 3 lounge areas – not to mention 3 Acres of gardens.

Our menu offers nothing but fresh & seasonal dishes, with snacks, starters, mains & desserts, such as our signature Lobster Doughnuts, home cured blackened Salmon, Confit of Halibut and Marmite glazed celeriac to name but a few of our stunning dishes.

We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the team that has experience working within a high-end restaurant and has personal high standards to deliver excellent plates.

We are a family run business, and we are looking for people who will respect that and really be part of the team.

YOU:

• Experience working in a Kitchen with fresh, quality food
• Ability to produce dishes to a high standard and always wants to aim for more
• Up to date with Allergens and all health & safety in the kitchen
• Passionate about the Industry and keen to learn
• Reliable, honest and likes to have a laugh
• Great eye for detail
