Do you want a role within the Owner Services Accounts team, working for The Times 5th Best Big Company in the UK?

As an Owner Services Accounts Administrator you will join our Hemel based accounts team within the Owner Services team. Owners on our parks benefit from a great package of benefits and this team support both the park teams and owners to ensure their accounts are fully up to date. You'll need excellent spoken and written communication skills with strong attention to detail to work in this fast paced team dealing with a variety of different people.

The Purpose of the role:

  • Ensuring that customers are provided with all relevant information, exceptional service, and that requirements are fulfilled and expectations are exceeded.
  • Dealing with buy-Ins & leavers process accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise closely with General Manager on parks to ensure outstanding debt is managed and following credit control procedures.
  • Support with checking accuracy of payments & owner account details
  • Writing to owners as required and liaising with the park team where required
  • Support on the production financial statement and mailings where required
  • Assist with proof reading Owners Marketing literature before sign off
  • Chasing parks for updates and developments relating to marketing literature
  • Visit to park teams to support and train where required.
  • Any other requirements within the team

Key skills required

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • The ability to work without constant supervision
  • Be a committed team player with the ability to problem solve, prioritise and multi-task
  • Be highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Be fully conversant with the Bourne Leisure Mission Statement and values and seek to fulfil them in their daily work.
  • Ability to work well in a team and offer to help other team members during busy times without being prompted.
  • The Monday-to-Friday office hours will be 9.00am - 5.00pm with ad-hoc weekend working.
