Collaborating with Executive members, Senior Leaders, the governing I &D board made up of team across the organisation, and employee resource groups, you will drive the delivery of business-focused outcomes. 

Working closely with the Culture & Wellbeing Manager to bring the inclusion and diversity and wellbeing areas together to drive an integrated approach to employee well-being and engagement so together you will establish and nourish good working practices that ensures all team members have a voice including creating and supporting employee networks, educating, celebrating, and creating awareness via annual organised events.

Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Contributing to defining specific inclusion and diversity priorities and targets.
- Collaborating with senior leaders and directors to plan and facilitate activities that support the company's commitment to inclusiveness.
- Partnering with people, communications, marketing, operations, and other relevant teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding for inclusion and diversity initiatives both internally and externally.
- Playing a key role through coaching and mentoring to enable team members to co-own and understand their role in the implementation and delivery of our strategy
- Creating, organising and where required, facilitating, internal events to celebrate the diversity calendar
- Supporting with the facilitation of training and presentations on relevant DE &I topics including unconscious bias training, inclusive leadership, etc

What we'd like you to bring:
- Relevant education or training (e.g., diversity and inclusion, L&D)
- Demonstrated experience as an inclusion and diversity specialist, manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inclusion and diversity best practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage projects and solve problems.
- Experience working effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
