Regional People Partner - North Region - Field based

At Haven we are currently looking for a People Partner to join our Operational People Team.
In this role you will deliver as part of the Haven People Team, you will support your leaders in the full employee lifecycle - to motivate, recognise and develop their teams so they can give our guests a great time with memories that last a lifetime. We are on a real growth trajectory, with all the transformation that goes with that.

What you will be doing:
Partner the Operations Director for the North Pod and; 
**Be the guardian of the People Plan for Haven parks in pod.  
**Drive and deliver the "Get, Grow, Keep" strategy, working with the wider People Team and SMEs 
**Support annual activity such as performance reviews and team survey action planning
** Coach and support General Managers nuturing our Breath of Fresh Air culture
**Support leaders to ensure a great onboarding and induction experience
Ensure talent thrives, through the creation of talent and succession plans, and driving the momentum of these plans through-out the year 
Championing the inclusion, diversity and wellbeing programmes  
Working in partnership with the centres of expertise; Resourcing, L&D, Policy, Reward and Payroll to deliver best in class people solutions for the parks.
Support and lead on dedicated  People projects.  
Support and manage proactive Employment Relations strategies collaboratively with the Employee Relations Manager.

** Experience of organisational design and change management.
**Experience in business partnering Senior Leaderss

Desirable
CIPD qualification would be a distinct advantage.

Our ideal candidate will have worked in a fast paced and guest centric organisation where it is values lead and totally team member focused. They should be familiar with the HR Business Partner organisational set up and is able to work flexibly across several Parks.
