This is a brand-new role supporting the delivery of an efficient and compliant HR services.  You will provide support in creating greater alignment, consistency, and best practice across the business, focussing on our wonderful Haven Parks and Hemel Hempstead Support Centre. There will be 2 People Services Support Administrators (HR Administrators).

You will ensure we are delivering a standard of work that makes the HR function safe and secure, while ensuring our team are legal and compliant with HR practices and processes from onboarding to offboarding.  This is a part time role where hours can be discussed and agreed, there is flexibility to work hybrid although there will be expectation to work from the Hemel based office on set days to be determined.  

Your Opportunity:

To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Generating offer letters and contracts of employments in accordance with HR procedures. 
- Management of the new starter and leaver administration process, including reference requests and sending surveys
- Supporting the wider employee life cycle including promotions, transfers, maternity etc. 
- Managing the HR inbox and action or escalate as required. 
- Handling and inputting confidential HR data - including pay, job changes, etc. 
- Maintaining and audit Personnel Files, ensuring GDPR compliance. 
- Maintaining the organisational structure charts across all parks and functions. 
- Produce regular reports (MBH data, Mandatory Training, RAF data, etc) to assist stakeholders. 
- Produce ad hoc HR statistics/reporting when required by stakeholders. 
- Right to Work - support leaders in ensuring that relevant checks are made, and information is stored correctly. 
- Issue / collect all DBS checks in a timely manner where appropriate. 

What we'd like you to bring:
- An understanding of employee lifecycle and business systems / processes that support 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.  
- Strong orientation toward quality customer experience. 
- Competent in Excel, 
- Strong organisational skills. 
- Ideally experience in a similar role.
