Commercial Analyst (Site Fee & Letting Analyst)

We're looking for an experienced Analyst to take control of our pricing and billing calculations across site fees and lettings in this brand new role. You will provide an accurate picture of current caravan pitch status versus the pitch masterplan for each park and the overall budget. This role is broad and will be accountable for ensuring all calculations are correct, enabling the Accounts team to correctly bill our caravan owners.
Your Opportunity:
To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
- Maintaining site fee inflation model and site fee budget model at Group level
- Communicating site fee increases and amendments to parks
- Reviewing rate of sale of new customers versus site fee by area of park
- Maintaining rolling forecast with formal updates via quarterly pitch strategy days
- Setting letting rates for Fixed lettings and future letting products as relevant
What we'd like you to bring:
- Familiarity with the concept of ground rent or subscription products
- Strong numerical skills and familiarity with Excel and data visualisation
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesise meaning from data
- Experience of commercial or financial analysis
- Experience of Tableau and strong Excel skills
