Infrastructure Engineer - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Infrastructure Engineer
Remote in the UK with travel to office/data centres as needed.
(More time will need to be spent in the office during onboarding)
Haven are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and maintain core infrastructure that enables our brand to operate - our IT infrastructure impacts the majority of our key products and services, affecting millions of holidaymakers each year.
Our Technology team are on a transformational journey, if you're keen to be a key part of the team keeping the wheels turning while systems are updated, we'd love to chat to you.
What you will be doing:
**Manage and maintain all aspects of on prem and cloud infrastructure
**Play a lead role in continuous tech improvement
**Lead on knowledge sharing across Bourne's 3 brands
**Identify and resolve complex technical issues that could impact our Guests and Team member escalating to key stakeholders when appropriate.
** Take responsibility for Infrastructure management and support software compliance limiting budget expenditure where possible.
What we'd like you to bring:
**Passion for transformation
**Established experience of working as an Infrastructure Engineer, this is not an entry level role
**Stakeholder management skills - critical for sharing and implementing best practice
**Proven history of certification, such as Microsoft, AWS, VMware, HP, Cisco etc
**Expertise across a number of infrastructure and networking tools and methodologies
