Payroll Advisor - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Payroll Advisor
*Mostly working from home, visits to Hemel Hempstead office once a week or less*
We're looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join the team. With over 17,000 colleagues on our Payroll, this is a team that knows how to work with high volumes at pace, with great accuracy and attention to detail. You're a team player looking for your next challenge.
What you will be doing:
**Running multiple fortnightly payrolls
**Answering queries from team members working across our 3 brands
**Calculating arrears for new starters
**Calculating final pay for leavers
**Dealing with complex pay calculations and queries across sick pay, maternity pay, tax, NI etc
What we'd like you to bring:
**Proven monthly and fortnightly payroll experience, likely to have been gained over at least 2 years
**Excellent skills in accuracy and attention to detail
**Knowledge of statutory pay (sick, maternity, paternity, adoption etc)
**Knowledge of court order deductions
**A positive, can-do attitude
