We recognise the impact great talent development opportunities can have. We are looking for a great facilitator and coach that really understands the value of learning and what that brings to our one great team. This role will be instrumental in helping create, design, deliver and evaluate on a variety of different initiatives from our warm welcome, inclusion and diversity, career development, leadership, and emerging talent programmes.

As a strong facilitator, you will be skilled in delivering engaging learning interventions and you will be passionate about helping our teams to learn and grow. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career as a Talent and Development professional and support the delivery of an evolving talent strategy that places inclusion and diversity at the heart of all development activity.

Key Responsibilities


Facilitate high impact leadership and management training courses and programmes that result in significant improvements in performance and potential.
Consider the relevance of blended learning options such as coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom training, e-learning and stimulation and make recommendations on best practice.
Maintain, develop, and regularly deliver our Head Office warm welcome, helping to create a market leading induction experience and onboarding programme.
Support and facilitate the Talent Management and Succession planning process and subsequent development plans including career planning initiatives.
Facilitate engaging, learner-led development sessions virtually and in-person to a range of team members across the business. This will range from inclusion and diversity initiatives, career growth programmes, emerging talent, and apprenticeship opportunities.
Design and use evaluation tools to ensure that our talent programmes are delivering return on investment, learning is being transferred and targets have been met.
Own the cycle of talent development on specific projects from learner insights and scoping through to evaluation and renewal ensuring design fits the needs of the learner and the business.
Develop Training Project Plans, with agreed milestones, measures, and updates with key stakeholders.
Work alongside the comms, engagement, and marketing teams to ensure that our talent programmes are visible, promoted, being celebrated and that all materials are representative of the brand.
Contribute and engage in strategic development and continuous improvement of the talent and development services we offer.

Key Requirements

The ability to flex communication style to gain maximum engagement
Excellent design and facilitation skills - creative, engaging, effective
A proven ability to apply situational styles to achieve best outcomes; seamlessly moving between; instruct, train, coach, and mentor
Hands-on experience implementing talent development programmes
Ability to be tactical when making decisions
Great interpersonal and motivational skills
Analytical and able to interpret data
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Great at influencing team at various levels across the business
A broad range of Learning & Development experience or a suitable qualification.
