Marketing Manager, CRM - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
*Hybrid working - mix of home and office in Hemel Hempstead*
We're looking for a Marketer with a broad skillset for a 15 month maternity cover within the Caravan Sales team. You will plan, build and deliver data-driven focused emails that are driven by insight and are segmented and personalised based on customer behaviour, motivation and preference.
Focusing on both general caravan sales communications and tailoring activity to specific parks, you will:
**Use insight to create segmented and personalised content and creative
**Nurture leads to maximise revenue from existing enquiries
**Be responsible for planning, developing and reporting on behavioural and trigger emails
**Map customer journeys
What we'd like you to bring:
**Demonstrable experience in a broad marketing role
**Experience in tactical response and strategic comms planning
**Experience in a CRM/Email marketing role
**Ability to write in brand tone of voice
**Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
