Haven are currently recruiting for a Partnerships Account Executive to join our team on a fixed term Maternity contract.

The Purpose of the role:

To support third party partners in delivering their business requirements in line with a great guest experience and our mission. The partnership should also deliver the goals and business expectations set by the sales manager and in line with brand requirements.Key to this role is internal and external relationships with an ability to support delivery of sales targets.This role works alongside another account executive and both should work individually and as a team for the department goals.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the process and delivery of key accounts in line with set targets to deliver desired revenue

Providing weekly and monthly sales reports to partners with dialogue

Update of sales messages to partners for partner landing pages/media channels

Implementing offers and sales as required to partners as defined via the sales manager through their tactical meetings

Check and change all media - both print and digital to make sure they are current, relevant and on brand

Preparation of creative for promotional partner offers and delivery within partner deadlines

Update of current sales to sales manager with summary of activity by account and relevant summary of outcome. In support of quarterly forecasts.

Prepare and distribute partnership activity update to internal teams and parks

Maintain and update all internal information sources with partner offers and all dialogue

Communicate partner offers to internal stakeholders

Partner review meetings (key accounts must be quarterly as defined by Sales manager)

Prepare and fulfil partner incentives

Onsite training in partner offices or as required both in the UK and Europe

Park visits to fulfil educational meetings as required

Support reviewing of partner contracts with sales manager

Periodic check of competitor pricing and marketing with partners

You will also be required to carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team

This role will require a Clean driving license and current passport
