Our park teams are lead by a General Manager and have a number of Heads of Department or HOD's which form a part of the park leadership team. We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Manager

The Purpose of the role:

Ensuring all owners and holiday makers are given a warm welcome, and a first class service allowing a true 'escape from urban living' experience.

Leading, training and supporting an on park lettings co-ordinator who will be responsible for the return to Owner checks.

Communicating with owners about holiday home checks and letting information.

Dealing with face to face queries to the highest of standard.

Using software to update owner accounts and answer queries.

Attending and facilitating letting events.

Creating and supporting a 'sense of community' with our owners - a real family spirit.

Consistently building and maintaining owner relationships through trust, knowledge and empathy to continuously help families realise their dreams.

Ensuring a high standard of customer care is offered to all customers who visit the park, reducing the opportunity for complaints to a minimum and increasing customer return rate.

Supporting the Owners Experience Manager in leading the team and supporting on decisions when absent.

Responsible for attending leadership meetings when needed.
