An integral part of this has always been our fantastic Entertainments Team, delivering exceptional customer service skills that allow our guests to create great holiday memories. We're looking for people who naturally thrive in a customer service environment, with strong communication skills and demonstrate a positive attitude even when working under pressure. Our team members have a "nothing is ever too much trouble" attitude to really wow our guests with world class service.

This role is about being the ultimate holiday host and making sure every one of our guests have fun. There are several roles within the Redcoat team that require a different twist.

Redcoat Activity: These team members need to have excellent guest interaction skills, with a passion for making people smile. They are responsible for interacting with guests, supporting various live products and venue management. These Redcoats also get to work with all ages of children to host a variety of activities in our activity schedule too.

Redcoat Animation: Responsible for bringing to life great characters from the Teletubbies to Billy Bear, these team members should know how to animate in a Character outfit whilst making dreams come true for children across our resorts.(Due to this role requiring character outfits our character redcoats need to be between 4ft 11 and 6ft 1 in height). This team will also get the opportunity to act as the live hosts of these shows too.
